Terms & Conditions

1. Our Services

We arrange tours, airport transfers, visa assistance and related travel services in Sri Lanka. We act as the tour operator for packages we run and as an intermediary for third-party services (hotels, activity providers) where applicable.

2. Bookings & Payment

• A booking is confirmed only after we confirm availability and receive a 20% deposit.
• Your quote is confirmed with you directly before any payment is taken and remains valid for the dates agreed in that quote.
• The remaining balance is due before the start of the service unless agreed otherwise.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• 14 days or more before the service start date — free cancellation, full refund including the deposit.
• Less than 14 days before the start date — a 50% cancellation charge applies.
• Less than 48 hours before the start date, or a no-show — no refund.
• Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 working days.
• Where third-party suppliers (hotels, activity operators) charge us cancellation fees, those costs may be deducted from the refund.

4. Travel Documents & Visas

You are responsible for a valid passport, correct visa and any health requirements. We assist with ETA/visa applications, but approval decisions rest with Sri Lankan immigration authorities.

5. Liability

We provide services with reasonable care. Our liability is limited to the price of the services booked. We are not liable for events outside our reasonable control (weather, strikes, road closures, government restrictions) or for third-party supplier actions beyond our control. Personal travel insurance is strongly recommended.

6. Conduct

We may decline or end services where behaviour endangers others, breaks local law or seriously disrupts operations; no refund applies in such cases.

7. Website Content & Intellectual Property

Text, photography, logos and design on this Website belong to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce or reuse them commercially without written permission. Reviews submitted to the site may be published (with name as provided) after moderation.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka; courts of Colombo have exclusive jurisdiction where permitted.
